Ok,ok I know I've been MIA for sometime and the thought is, 'well now wonder why you've gained 30+ pounds' but I had no choice..so yea that's what's going on right now. Just 33 more days!

I just wanted to upload before and after pictures of my inspiration - my mom! She has struggled so long with her weight. It took her 30 yrs and she finally did it. No frills, no fades, no excess. All moderation and accountability with WW. It's for life, but what isn't!

I have strep so eating is so out of the question. This winter and spring have been brutal for me. I hope this is the last of it.

My eating is not a fade diet at all. I'm nursing the worse sore throat I've had in a long time. I'm thankful it's not strep, but it hurts. So it's likely I'll have a big weight lose and I would love to stay at wherever I land once I can eat solids again, but I know that's not realistic without doing something drastic. I'm not really hungry but I am in no way satisfied with the meals I've had. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a question. So, yesterday I had a hella carbs (little over 100). Should I be watching them? Should I only consume a particular amount? I remember when I had gestational diabetes I had to watch my carbs because they turn to sugar, thus causing the high blood sugar, but should I keep them low while trying to reach my goal?
