Still no loss, but no gain either! So I will consider that a win. Still keeping up with my yoga and already notice my posture is improving. As much as I'd like to see a loss in my weight I'm happy with my choices in food and yoga. One day at a time...the weight will come off eventually. Stay positive everyone!

Yesterday was tough, had a really bad headache and thought I would be sick...was having a battle in my head about doing yoga all night. I decided I'd be really disappointed with myself if I didn't so I did it! And I was right, so happy I did it. Food was another issue, late last night I was really hungry for no reason. But once again I listened to my brain...I would have been mad at myself if I caved. So I was good and I'm glad for it!

Yay! Ask and you shall receive...or work really hard to get what you want. I know it's not a huge loss but it's sooo much better than the 2 ounces a day I've been losing. So day two of adult beginners yoga (first day we did kid yoga with my son lol) and yoga is kicking my butt but I'm doing it! Any yogis out there have any tips? I don't know anyone who actively does yoga and would really appreciate some pointers. Hope everyone is doing great!
