I haven't been on here in some time. I just recently celebrated my birthday on April 9th. I haven't diverted from my low carbs/sugars way of eating and I am continuing to lose weight and keep my blood pressure and cholesterol in check. I have been going to the gym about 3 times a week and I'm happy with the slow but steady progress I've been making. I've given myself 18 months to fully get down to 130lbs. If I get there great. But failure isn't an option. I went from 174 w/a 44in waist in Oct/2015 to 156lbs w/a 35in waist this month Apr/2016. I feel I've accomplished allot and plan to continuing w/my journey. Haven't been on in a couple of weeks, but I have still been eating healthy and have incorporated more exercise in my days. I joined a gym and feel like this will be the push I need to move my weight down. Initially I just walked, now I will be adding weight training to my regiment. Have a great week FS buddies!!

I haven't been tracking what I eat regularly. I will start again. I have been slowly losing, which in my opinion is what works for me. I feel allot better compared to how I felt in October (when I changed my eating and fitness lifestyle) Hope everyone has a great week!
