Well, during this last week 5, I dropped 2 lbs to 320, but went right back to 322 the next day. This is Friday, so I have 2 days to go to loose more then 2 lbs for a weight loss this week. I guess after losing 14 lbs in 4 weeks, I'm stalling a bit. I could exercise, but I really don't want to yet. I want to burn while in ketosis, and exercise by feeling like doing more at home around the house. My blood ketones are only at .3. During this week they have gone down to .1 and back up to .3. Why? Why did they go down and how did they come back up? Why is it so hard for my body to break into Ketosis strong at .5? I'm eating my plan with my carbs under 30g and protein at 75g and high fat. I did have an aweful day yesterday - a sad day I should say and cried on and off all day. Today I feel stronger. Does that effect weightloss? Maybe retaining water? I'll have to research that. I'm also back to feeling tired everyday. Ugh. I need more water I guess. Ugh. Frustrating week.

Hit my first goal - what I weighed last September. It came off faster then it went on, that's good! Next mini goal is only 3 more pounds....what I weighed before my rotator cuff surgery last August. So after losing 12 pounds in 4 weeks, I definitely feel better. I actually bought a lacrosse stick to play catch with my 16 year old son! I played catch with him last Sunday and yesterday. Hahaha. I'm better then I thought I'd be! Plus I'm feeling that exercise is helpful, even if it's playing catch for a half hour. Motivation. Peace!

I pigged out yesterday on pork rinds and chicken wings. Ugh. I have to keep my Protein at 77 grams a day and it is hard. what food has low carb and low protein, other then fat? Cucumbers here I come!

I;m trying to keep my protein under 77 grams a day and I need a better mind set on how to do it. I'm honestly afraid of being hungry. Yesterday I ate more fat. Butter with my eggs, butter with my green beans at lunch, and my two snacks were celery and cauliflower with dip. I guess it worked. I'm disappointed pork rinds are high in protein and nuts are high in carbs. I need to get into ketosis. I'm only at .1 for my blood reading. I read tips this week on eat more fat then protein.
I am having a couples wedding shower tonight, and i have planned food for me, but I hope I don't drink too much. I don't want to lose my loss. Ugh.
