I am so not good at journaling! LOL. Here we go though. This past week was a rough week at work. Stress running rampant plus my blood sugar dropping doesn't help me stay focused on my plan. Wednesday night, I give in to pudding, peanut butter and graham crackers...ugh. I explained it away with the low blood sugar issue. Thursday night, I gave into chocolate covered almounds and pudding, again. No excuses, just no will power. Friday I made the mistake of not eating when I got up, thus setting me into a bad choice world. Chick-fil-la and chocolate chip cookies were the bad choices. Today, however, I am back on track. Super hungry and craving sugar like crazy. I will not give into temptation. I will stay on track. I tried on my size 10 dresses today and I can wear them comfortably...that will be my motivation.
