Well... it's about 2 weeks since my first post and perhaps this is an entry for me. It's been a slow process to lose the weight I want to lose. The upside is that I'm making progress and not stressing too much about what I eat and at the same time, I'm definitely more aware of the snacking and portion sizes again.

My ultimate goal is to get back to "race weight" in preparation for my May Marathon.

Fatsecret has been (is) a great tool for me to match up with my running logs and has definitely helped with managing my daily calorie count and at the same time helping me be more aware of my Pre and Post Run nutrition... which I still kind of suck at... but it's getting better.

Anyway... I want to thank the few people here that follow me. To be honest, after 3 months I'm still trying to navigate parts of this platform.

I wish everyone the best of success along their respective journeys and I will do a better job of returning the positive vibes and comments
