So I haven't really been on here much at all in the past few months. I decided to move on over to MyFitnessPal. The main reason I moved over there was because I just didn't seem to be able to use the tools on here to be able to consistently lose weight. I always felt like it was a hit or miss thing for me. Since I have joined MFP, I plugged in my stats to have a goal to lose 1.5 lbs per week and I am doing that! I think the site is technologically more savvy, the food database much more robust and I can tell you for certain that alot of folks over there are losing a ton of weight. I have met some wonderful buddies already and my support network is growing daily. I have found that alot of folks from here are moving over there and we have been stumbling into each other and are now friends again. I have not moved all my recipes over there yet but am gradually doing that so you may see me on line from time to time. If you happen to have a profile or are thinking of a change, check us out over there, would be happy to have you all as buddies again!
