Goodness! It's been a month since I made a journal entry here. It's interesting that my weight is almost exactly the same.
I've been trying a different technique to stop my binge eating and I've joined an expensive program to help me to attain that goal. It's not a diet or a weight loss program. It's a behavior modification technique that uses CBT. Eventually it will lead to weight loss, but first I've got to stop the binge eating. I believe that alone might lead to weight loss.

P.S. I love the "weigh in report" that this app gives you after you record your weigh in. I've lost only two tenths of a pound in the last 12 days. The report said that at this rate it will take me 109 months to reach my goal. That's a bit over NINE YEARS. ROFLMAO! I might not even live that long.
On the other hand, there have been times when I've had an overnight drop of more than 3 pounds and it tells me I'll be at my goal in a couple of weeks - LOL.
That just goes to show you that it's meaningless. It's all about averages and "trends"

It's been a while since I've posted here, but not much is going on. Down two tenths of a pound in nearly two weeks - Yikes! That's slow! But I did have a big binge a couple of days ago. When am I going to learn to not shop for groceries when I'm hungry. I had not had anything for breakfast or lunch other than coffee with half and half, but from around 2 p.m. through the rest of the day I consumed over 3000 calories - more than enough for two days!
On the other hand, I have been much more consistent with getting at least 25 minutes of exercise in every day. I only missed two days in the last nine.
Exercise doesn't do diddly as far as weight loss is concerned, but it does have so many other benefits. The main one that I notice is more energy and a more positive attitude.
It helps that the weather is improving. I just took a walk around the neighborhood. It's 65 and cloudy. The promise of fall is in the air.

Down a pound in less than a week. I like that. It's definitely the result of following my food plan very closely.
It's too damn hot and touristy out for outdoor walking so I'll aim to put in at least 20 minutes on the stationary bike.
I'd like to see if I can manage to close my rings (Apple Watch activity app) today. One day at a time.
Breakfast is a chaffle made with one egg and a quarter cup of cheddar, with a Jones pork sausage. Great Keto macros on this.
