I've been MIA - not recording foods or weights - because I have been so fatigued and otherwise not feeling great. I have been sticking (mostly) with my Intermittent Fasting regimen - even on my worst days. I'm stuck at a plateau so I decided to do another fast but this time I modified it. I'm doing a 24-hour "wet fast". I call it that because I am doing liquids - coffee, fresh juices, and water. I found a $5 juicer at the local thrift store that will get me through until I can buy a decent one. Today, I juiced some watermelon meat and rind that's been in my freezer for the longest. I tossed in a carrot and an apple that was not getting eaten. If my weight loss remains stalled, I will do another 24-hour fast excluding everything but plain water.

It just quit snowing here about 4 days ago, so now I should be able to try getting out for walks on my good days. I'm hoping that will help because this weight-loss stall is getting me down!

I'm posting pics of the cucumber water and the melon/apple/carrot juice.

Sure hope all my Fat Secret buddies are hanging in there and doing great.
