Lots of good news! My friend that spent 10 days on life support and unconscious is getting better daily. Today marks 3 weeks in the hospital. I am beyond grateful she is here :) That was terrifying!!!!

Tonight is CArb Nite! Yeah!!!! Bring on the cake and battered shrimp. I also have a new drink I want to try. I'm ridiculously happy with the CArb Nite plan!!!! No more fretting falling off the low carb wagon. It's required to fall off :) The inch loss is showing more than the scale loss. I'll take it!!!

Someone annoyed me the other day preaching their very low cal diet too me. I could look good so much faster she said. No thanks. I won't do anything I'm not willing to do forever. Beside I always think I look good. A fatter version of me but still good. Their is nothing wrong with slow steady loss. As long as I don't have to count stuff I'm happy!
