Getting close to the one hundreds and I'm so excited to be there! I've been sick with a throat infection for several days now, and my lack of appetite is seriously helping the weight slip off. I find the biggest shift in my habits has been to not eat if I'm not legitimately hungry... and to enjoy myself thoroughly at special occasions.

I am so happy to finally be nearing 200lbs. I haven't been *actively dieting* for at least a year now and it feels great. Instead, I'm trying to eat 75% healthier and to do as much non-exercise physical activity as possible. I participate in gym classes with my students, I've taken up archery, lots of hiking, canoeing, camping, gardening, home renos... and slowly I notice my body shifting into something I actually like.
Moment of pure joy: my boyfriend took pics of me while slithering down from a rocky cliff that we climbed. I was 100% ready to hate the pics... and instead I saw a woman with super strong thighs and a huge smile. I consider that a win!
