Happy to see a drop, since I was back on track yesterday. Just a little off plan because I did have a serving of potato chips but proud that I exercised control and didn’t have more! Still kept overall calories down for the day. Yesterday and a couple other days (realized I didn’t log them) I basically ate one meal. Yesterday wasn’t bad - had my meal, then some fruit as my dessert and decided to have a protein shake before stopping eating for the day. Might try that again today and see if I’m in the 240’s tomorrow.

Post cheat day - expected an increase but didn’t expect this much. Was it worth it? Maybe - let’s see what the week ahead brings! Not defeated - I knew it was a risk and I was willing to take it as I figure out what works best for me. Right back to the healthier stuff today. I ate late last night too but sticking to the intermittent nonetheless.

Very slow progress, but I’ll take any downward movement. Overall very happy for the week 1 results! I have to work more on increasing water and I think that will help. I’m going to be more active next week too.

Happy for this drop after yesterday’s little increase. Almost gave into eating something I “shouldn’t”.
It’s hard for me to have a little indulgence because of how easily I go completely off the wagon. So while I understand other people can have a little of this or that and not feel deprived, for me when I first start - I need to be relatively strict and not stray from my plan. At least the first week. Tomorrow will be one week since I’ve been back at it and I plan to have a cheat day on Saturday but keep up with my intermittent fasting. I haven’t planned my cheat day yet but I know I want to try some Talenti Gelato that a friend told me about. I think if I plan my cheat days then it won’t make me go overboard and I also won’t feel deprived because any “craving” can be satisfied within 7 days max. Will see how that works for me.
