I have upped my pedaling to 20 min. and now doing a small amount of garden work. Pulling weeds from the flower bed. I hope that I can stay on track with the moving because I know it is the only way I can loose weight.

I have 377 cal. to go for my supper before 1000 cal. are reached for the day. May have to eat turkey and salad. Maybe just lettuce.

I need to find a way to stay motivated, I have everything I need, exercise videos, from walking to yoga and weight lifting. Stretch bands, weights and a cycle pedal . Plus diet books, which would help if one I used them and two I cooked the way I should. Diet consist of a lot of pork, beef and potatoes and frozen or canned vegtables. Very little fruit or desserts. I don't know if I really want to loose this weight, "IGuess" I wasn't motivated before the pandemic so how can I get motivated now. Praying about this.

Today was a little better, didn't stuff everything in mouth, I could. So that is a tplus, I have gained 5 LBs since being home bound with only leaving for necessarily things. I will do better everyday, no more poor me. There are alot worse off people then me, I very feel blessed.
