OK guys. Finally figured out how to accept your buddy requests.
Here is what I ate Tuesday:
Breakfast: 3 small banana muffins, coffee, and 1 tblspn. dairy creamer (668 calories)
Lunch: Bowl white chicken bean chili, 1/3 cup cooked brussel sprouts, 1/2 cup steamed broc., 2 flour tortillas (540 cals)
Dinner:2 bowls white chicken bean chili, 1 tbspn. half/half, 1/4 cup brussels sprouts, 1/4 cup broc (681 calories)
Snacks: handful trail mix (87), 1 banana (105), 1 medium apple (95), 1 oz. beef tenderloin, 2/3 cookies/choc. chip (130), 1/8 cup strawberries (6)
Exercise: 25 mins walking

I submitted my journal entry for Tuesday's input/output, but am not sure it made it onto the GPC group page on Fat Secret. Following is my input-output for Wednesday. Each day, I will typically record my input-output for the previous day.
TOTAL CALS: 2,340
EXERCISE: nada
Breakfast: Breakfast power sandwich at Panera's with 1 ketchup packet (400 calories), coffee with two creamers (39 cals) and 2 teaspoons of refined sugar (49 cals).
