I have slowly gained a lot of weight..recently had surgery (on 3/21/18) and gained more bc of it..I am trying to get back to eating right.

Make a plan and very small goals. Do what you can but don't hurt yourself or your recovery from surgery.

Just take one meal at a time and do the best you can right now.
