OK so I didn't do the 8 miles I was hoping for but I did do an an 8K which is about 5 miles so I'm happy with that. I guess I'm glad I was able to get time to myself, I feel like I am constantly surrounded by kids, don't get me wrong I love them to death, and arguing with a husband, that sometimes I just can't take it. Today I finally had a complete hour to myself to run, talk to God, sing, and do something good for myself at the same time. Going to watch my carbs and calories today. Yesterday was a rough day. Still losing but I don't want to get off track at all if I can help it. Plus I reached my 10000 steps by 930 this morning!!! Yay me!!!
