Feeling pretty good after day one. Large loss expected as eating less and better. Thinking back on all the past diets and ways to make it work this time. One, not going to obsess about the numbers. My RDI will be a max not to exceed. My minimum I’m going to try and keep within 750 calories of the max. Macros, going to shoot for being within 10% over/under for now. Exercise/activity I know will come as I lose weight.
