Good morning 🌞 have been Willy Nilly with my commitment. Woke up on day 2 with a different resolve. Reading your posts has encouraged me. Have a reasonable goal and am procrastinating. Reframing and moving forward. Will touch base this evening as after work between the hours of 11-12 seem to be the most difficult. Have been recognizing the “boredom” eating. 🦋
