I've been yo-yo-ing every weekend messing up..and gaining like 5lbs in a weekend..then losing during week then gaining again on weekend..this coming weekend I'm vowing to myself to prepare so I don't fail again. I've been doing good during the week..if I keep doing what im doing during the week..I know I could have lost a lot of weight. I'm doing ketogenic style which is kinda Ideal Protein style alternative..but kinda Atkins style..I had to readjust my age and goal to lose weight in my settings and my calorie intake went down from 1800 to 1400..I knew I had ate too much yesterday..I could feel it...hopefully I dont gain. I definately feel best around 1400 to 1600. My macros..I try to keep carbs down to 5 to 10%..protein about 25 to 30% & fats to about 60 to 75%...not trying to restrict myself too much but I am cutting down on the quest and atkins bars..using more quest powder vanilla shake. I have felt great doing this this week..and feeling full.
