haven't been on in a while... mainly because i knew my weight jumped... todays weight is actually down... i jumped up do over 432, but back down to 430... i plan to be 425 by end of next week with some careful eating and trying to see what i can do working out... i still need surgery on left foot and now have inflammation on right food making things more difficult. but oh well gotta roll with the punches
195,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 68,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,3 kg a Settimana

Im 358 and know your struggle 😞 im downn16 pds and I havent seen that in a long time 🤔 ive failed 1000 times but 1001 is going to be a success 🤗 after watching the tv show “ my 600 pd life” ive been eating that shows diet plan and it’s working 🤩 but i only eat 1200 calories a day and keep my carbs as close as i can to 40 😫 its hard but im done with a life on the sidelines i want to participate 🤠 good luck with your struggle 👍

Glad you are back after your "awhile". Of course, I have done that too. No doubt you will make your goal.
