yeah- melatonin is awesome... I used to bring bottles of it from the States to Baghdad and give it to my guys when they couldn't get to sleep. You can take it at 0230 and still be able to wake up and be alert at 0430 if there was incoming...you DO NOT want to be groggy during THAT! lol.
