Weight gain of 8 lbs regardless of work out routine - switching it up as of TODAY!! Got rid of all my fat clothes, so I don't have a choice but to move DOWN!!

boo on the 8 lbs, but I still wonder how much is muscle mass. You have worked out a lot from what I can tell on FB! lol... Still... I've been absent from here for months, too. We should remind one another to post here from our FB accts since we seem to be able to keep up with those! lol I know what you mean about having gotten rid of the fat clothes, so you have no choice. I think it's a good way to do it, though. I've had people ask me for years why I don't wear sweats or loose jeans and I tell them because I'd fill them out! No, I need me some cloth next to my body to remind me to go easier on the snacks. You'll get back in the swing of things, no doubt! (cheers!)

Yes - I have been KILLING it!! LOL I'm not at a point where my muscle mass is going to cause me to gain weight - I wish, but no dice. It's all in my belly & I can tell you without a doubt that it's not muscular.. LOL!! I joined a gym - weird - but I'm going & it feels a WHOLE lot better than trying to do it outside!! Thanks for the support!
