water weight is most likely what it is if you have been keeping your calories low and not cheating little things in. It is frustrating but we all go through this

Have you been to the doctor lately? How about your thyroid function? Also, do you have a scale to measure exact calories in? FYI Fatsecret overestimates the calories burned, so maybe also get a fitbit or something similar to help calculate.

I feel your pain! Don’t lose hope. Make an adjustment or 2. Try something new. I don’t know why our bodies can be so stubborn but something will kick you back into gear...
