Hard work but got my BMI down to 23. Maybe my obsessive compulsive personality is a benefit. Since I've been using this tracker, I feel more committed to success. I feel accountable to myself. Thank you all for your continued support and kind words.

Yes, BMI within normal range, still have a lower weight goal, but I'm pleased with my progress. 6 years ago I weighed 200 pounds with a BMI of 27. I'm just so thankful to have found such a user friendly tracker site with such a supportive community. 😌
