Today is a water fast day. So water that's it. I don't have a set schedule for when to do IF. Whenever I get tired of eating and just need a break, that's when I decide to fast. I don't know if I have ever met someone like me that just never gets hungry.

It will be a very lazy day today - no food, no workout. Just chill on the sofa, read a book, watch tv.
87,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 28,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: 100%.

Water fasting, Hardcore! I admire people who have willpower. I believe I would have lost the weight in half the time if I actually 'water fasted' properly like they recommend in the books (I end up drinking 'sugary liquids' - - this is NOT the recommended way). Good luck! You WILL have success with your plan :)
