I started again last week and and really excited to lose wieght because this time I have a health coach who won't let me down and the lovely nurse at work is just as excited for me. I will be 180! And I will go to even more healthy weight after that!!! Don't wait for it to happen make it happen!!!! Today I start anew!!!
