Seriously? No loss at all with a supposed couple thousand calorie deficit? Ok, the coffee pot goes into abeyance for now, and I'm dubious about salads. Grrrr.

bmccrary is right. don't stress (it could raise your cortisol levels). You've lost a lot really fast. Great job. Your body is going to need some hormone adjustment times, from time to time. Relax and be kind to that body and it will deliver.
