I started dieting at the beginning of October 2017. I weighed about 222 pounds then. I tried to keep my calorie intake to about 1000 calories plus cream or milk for my coffee. I logged all my food on the Fat Secret app I also took omega 3's and glucosamine. I started drinking 2 glasses of water first thing every morning. I started a bit of walking in January and more walking in April. Also started 7 minute fitness in mid March and trying to get 10,000 steps a day in April. By mothers day May 13, 2018, I was down to 170 pounds and felt great in size 14 skirts and jeans!!! And now, wow I made it to my 160 pound goal today and I feel that is about perfect for me. I bought a pair of Jean's the other day and can you believe it they were just size 12's!
