Still trying the Keto recepies as close as possible. Found 1carp per slice bread made with almond and coconut flours helps a lot. My digestive track has been working like it should when I quit eating Atkins bars, shakes,frozen dinners, meal bars and treats.
64,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 9,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,1 kg a Settimana

I too cannot seem to eat bars, shakes, frozen dinners, etc. as it messes with body.

yes avoiding premade foods is a good thing and switching to real food gets things going correctly.
