52 hr fast broke the 180 barrier! Now let's see if the fat fast will keep shedding pounds. Eggnog shakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the next 3 days.

I have been keeping up with my weight exercise program too! Why is it that hand dumbbells seem to weigh more than the equipment at the gym that does the same movement? Example the butterfly movement with dumbbells I can do ttl 20#, at gym the machine that does the same movement I can do 60#.
