I had an off day yesterday and allowed my self a 2nd piece of bread and a slice of vanilla cake with buttercream icing. Today I was back on it...but I still gained 1.0 lbs. I think if my "cheat" would have been earlier in the week it would have been easier to get past. Oh well, here is to a new week and doing better.
