So, this is it: my 3-weeks challenge is officially over - my husband returns today. We are definitely going to drink red wine and grill a juicy steak so my diet will inevitably change. I wanted to get to 63 kg (139 pounds) and is almost there - 63.6 kg this morning (140 pounds). I feel satisfied even though I haven't met the goal completely. Interesting observations: 1. Started overall to eat less while not feeling hungry. Yesterday, for example, was under 1000 cal, and I almost pushed myself to eat dinner because I have to. 2. Got used to having a walk daily. Yesterday, I already had 7000 steps by 9pm but the urge to walk on a fresh air was too high, and I went outside to hit another 5000 steps. Also, something has changed after the two moderate to.strenuous hikes, like my stamina increased, and I now walk at a fast pace while keeping my pulse under control. 3. No urge for alcohol at all - that was easier than I thought it would be. These 3 weeks were very gratifying and super fun!
