Fasting Day #77 ....I believe, I'm starting to lose track of the days. Weight loss is very slow but I feel good and - on the other hand - I don't want to drop weight too quickly or I'll gain it back with higher speed!

Thanks, I'm having bone broth here and there, not often since I deeply dislike it, maybe a cup every other day. For the rest I'm drinking decaf coffee with almond milk and a bit of half&half cream. I'm still taking my electrolytes with water once or twice a week. I'm feeling stronger with my muscles, but I should be more disciplined with the gym. I feel great though, never hungry, I don't miss solid food, I'm saving lots of money and time. For my joy of cooking once a week I bake a cake and bring it in the office the day after. Everyone feels spoiled now 😊 Have a great weekend everyone!

Whatever! You are just messing with us. Although the situation is even sadder if you aren't messing with us. Get some help. Seriously.

I feel that you have a lack of nutrients in your body that can lead to serious health problems... talk to a doctor about your diet coz it doesn’t feel right to live just on coffee. You are not loosing weight because you are starving your body and its clinging to what its got to survive.
