Morning everyone, been 2 weeks since last weigh in .. happy with the loss .. back to gym but not done any cardio .. just weights 🤔 1.. water intake back to 3 litres 2 .. trying to be good - but I’ve such a sweet tooth .. 3.. got a PT from next week .. so looking forward but a little nervous.. so hopefully get a nice toned physique ...eventually..😀 Have a great weekend everyone..xx
