Blast. Either I'm really sensitive to refined sugar, or else I just still need to remember to avoid the coffee pot, sigh. It's just hard breaking that coffee addiction. Back to the saw-tooth weight chart, and into the trash with the coffee creamer.

I gave up sodas, even diet ones, so there is no way I'm letting my coffee go :D I did cut the sugar from it and use 1% milk

I'm gritting my teeth, I want coffee *now*. Still, even if it is screwing up my weigh-ins, it's not actually stopping me from losing weight, just maybe changing my water balance.
