Well, birthday celebrations are over now... And I have to say, I did pretty good! Didn't mindlessly snack on all the goodies just because they were there, and because I gave myself *permission* to eat them... I snacked when I was hungry... I ate mostly veggies and dip.. And I cooked, cleaned, set-up for some extra calorie burn... And it's PAID OFF!! Now Once I get into the 250's, I'll be even more motivated!
