ok so didn't lose as much but the amount of strength i've gained and physical goals i've reached this week is worth more than a few more pounds!

Congrats, I am feeling the same way. I had not weighed for like 2 weeks and I only lost a pound however my clothes are fitting better and in NYC going up and down stairs in the trains, I am literally FLYING up them now. Not winded or anything..now that is awesome. The scale will catch up soon enough.
