Ok So, I looked down at the Hotel scale in my room and the dial looks like it says 232. SO I will go with that figure. If it looks over the next few days like the weight in my weight history stalls its because of the dial. I have been pretty good about weighing myself everyday.

I actually haven't seen much of London yet. I go straight to my hotel room to eat dinner, run through some things on-line (bills, catching up on USA News and just random reading) before I go to bed...then its back to work.

The weekend is here and I have to take a break and walk around London...at least an afternoon away from the Hotel room will be nice. Just an American guy wandering the sights in London...sounds like a Movie plot's beginning...

Anyway, thanks to all who have commented on my journal...it makes my decision to join Fat Secret ever more rewarding.

Lunch Update - Ok so I had a burger and fries. In fact, I was afraid that the total count of calories would be over 1000. However, when I looked at my total, it was well under that. While I am not happy that my carb count went up with bread and fries (bun and fries), I am relieved that it wasn't a 100+g carb number. Now, for dinner I may go straight protein..thinking chicken drumsticks or thighs. Tomorrow it will be back to salad and protein for me....just had to try the London "chips" (Steak fries). Still staying positive and happy that my calorie count did not shoot up. Whew...

Dinner Update - so my work team went out to celebrate a great week 1. I had the traditional Fish and Chips with a nice Apple Cider. It was super tasty. I have to stop eating Chips (Steak fries). They were so good. Still under 2k calories but went over my 100g of carbs..mixed day. Lets see what the scale says tomorrow morning. HOWEVER, I looked awesome in my jeans and black T. Some random gal was making googly eyes at me...what an ego boost! I now can see others are seeing my weight loss as well. Good Night from LONDON...

yeah its beautiful. The issue is that i have a ton of work to finish so I may not have time to do a walk about in London. I have been here before so I have seen the sights... Thanks for you good wishes.
