be consistent, the end of these challenges get real tough. just remember your goals and you will get it done.

make one of your everyday meals a vegetable soup that you make yourself. i make pumpkin soup with other vegies. low in calories and i make a big pot and freeze it zip lock bags the following day so its the best meal prep for work.
