Embarking on a 2 weeks break, with a 10night cruise within that time. My plan is to allow myself some treats but not over indulge. If I can return at the same weight I’ll be happy. If I come home lighter I’ll be over the bloody moon and if I return with a few extra kgs, I shall just jump back in the wagon and knock them off like i have before... LCHF!!!!
