Well, a slight increase only to be expected as I idn't follow the calorie counting so well this week.
Was on a 2 days course this week which was catered, so I diodnt prepare my own lunch etc. Overdid the finger foods...........
I'm not upset tho because I know i'll catch it up this week and get back on track.
86,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 16,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 1,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.
