Gained 900gr on 2 weeks off/cruise. Not bad. Could have been more if I hadn’t got gastro bug and also could have been less if ship offered some better protein and even veggies.
Anyway I am glad to be home and back on track again.
I will weigh in at under 70kgs by 2019 still. Happy days!
