Well, here I go for the umpteenth time. Back to LCHF, trying to lose weight and get healthy. Joining a local gym tomorrow, if I can squeeze the cost out of my last paycheck. Planning to go after work on most days and maybe the weekend too. There is a lap pool, another pool that they have water exercises in, exercise equipment and exercise classes. Planning to take yoga, water walking, and water zumba.
