Up 4 pounds from lat time I weighed in. Going on a cruise next week and although I get nervous, I'm going to have a good time and be grateful I'm in a good frame of mind. Imagine having so many healthy, good foods, prepared for you. I want to look at this positive and grateful to go swimming in these cold months.
