you did well.! The weekends are hard. I had a job interview this morning at short notice.Lucky I had lost nearly 5, otherwise my black pants wouldn;t have fit!

I think when you do get caught it gives extra incentive. I went to a wedding in January. Assumed the clothes would fit. The day of the wedding I had to borrow. Dropped 10kg. Good incentive.

I did it because my clothes didn't fit. Now I'm finding my clothes need help to fit. energy wise. roller skating with the grand kids walking the dogs 5k morning; 5k evening' and work is a lot better. 6.5kg to go
