ok the first week of atkins is done and i lostfrom 225 to 218 so that was my pound a day that i expected but i know it slows now to a crawl and i am gonna have to try to stay positive have tried be for and just end up quiting i dont want to be a quiter this time! i bought a tren mill and a pilates video started the pilaties and hurt my self the first time now my groin is hurting so bad i cant hardly move my leg!
98,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 30,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Non applicabile.

well, let your groin heal before doing any more exercise. When you first start exercising, you need to go slow. Do the exercise's gently. You need to think of your body as a work in progress. You will have to spend the rest of your life working on it, lol! You will always have to watch what you eat and exercise to help maintain your loss. Tell yourself you are in it for the long haul and just keep going when you feel like quitting. You can do it.
