'Right now, You're right where you need to be'. Blast from the past.

207.4 down a lb since yesterday. Today, back at work. After a 5 day weekend. I work today and tomorrow, then another 3 day weekend (normal for me). Anyway, earlier I wanted to come back to work. Now I have been here like 20 minutes, and want to go home.

All my team mates are back at work. lots of catching up to do. Lots of nonsense.

Hopefully today is quiet, and I can re-assimilate into my society of work.

Taking today off biking. My legs need rest. I hope to eat proper today, and get back on the program.

This weeks cheat day is being considered, but it will probably be cheat day - lite. Trying to get to one-derland, and my chart back in the green! I am trying to get into some long bike rides this week too. 30-35 miles.

I think cheat day 'lite' is a good plan.. I really need to get the innertube replaced on my bike (flat tire) so that I can go for a ride! You and Heather are making me jealous! :) You'll be in onederland before you know it! :)

I now have a full gym at my disposal...just have to get my skype & other communications worked out at home, then I'm off to the races...oh yeah, it's on buddy!! Later.
