Hello,
This weight of 168 lbs. is what I am at this time in my journey. On January 1, 2008, the day I started this journey, I weighed in at 271.5.bs. I started on slim fast, but switched to my own diet and when I went to update my diet here, it made the change to my weight.

Thats incredible! Congrats on the weight loss! Thats probably the one thing I would change with Fat Secret, would be that when you "switch" diets in the system, that it doesn't start you off with a clean slate. I think it does that so it can accurately count how many people/percentage are doing each diet. The same thing happened to my husband on this site...luckily we figured it out within 5 pounds/the first week (he was doing his own, and then switched to WW's).
