Morning everyone, happy with small loss - esp after last sun/ mon of over eating ( guess I turned to food for comfort) .. I can never get my head around takes a good few weeks to lose 1kg or so .. but a couple of bad meals / treats and weight flys back on ? 🤔
Anyway the journey continues? Enjoy the weekend everyone xx

All sounds very familiar here 🥴😂 very frustrating but good to know you can get back on it. I’ve put on 1/2 stone since end of summer. Eeeek! Need to get into Christmas dress, dreading it! Keep going! 👏🏼
