Eating clean and doing the detox has made me drop significant amounts of weight. It’s been hard when going out so I don’t eat anything outside. Even during thanksgiving was hard. I only had turkey fruit and squash that had no butter or anything. Unfortunately maybe the turkey may have had some butter, but I took the breast and a tiny trace isn’t eating butter technically. The protein powder is nasty, but doable. Nine days left after today... amen. One day at a time.
